Shipment

Dear Customer,

Please carefully read the following information regarding the receipt of your shipment:

1. Your order is shipped in collaboration with external companies. Therefore, please prepare to receive the shipment and take the time to check its contents in the presence of the delivery person. This prevents potential complications in case of filing a complaint.

2. If the contents of your package show any signs of damage, the courier is obligated to write a report; this document is essential for initiating any potential complaint procedures. It is very important that this report is written in the presence of both the recipient and the courier at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, reports written with a delay are often dismissed by courier companies.

Note: Sometimes couriers enter incomplete information into the report or claim they do not have such a document. In such cases, please manually write the report with as much information as possible. This will expedite the processing of the formalities related to the complaint.

3. In case of any discrepancies, we recommend photographing the package at each stage of unpacking. The condition of the external packaging, protective elements, and the contents themselves are all important.

Remember that after receipt, you assume responsibility for the shipment. Please report any noticed damages immediately after receiving the shipment. The report should include the protocol written during delivery, photos of the damaged packaging and product defects, information about the furniture (model) being claimed.
